Michele Pelley, MD, FAAP

Growing up in New Jersey, I always knew I wanted to be a pediatrician. I began my journey toward this goal by receiving my Bachelor Degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Following my time at Penn, I returned to New Jersey for medical school at the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey – New Jersey Medical School in Newark. After medical school, the final stop on my journey towards becoming a pediatrician was Washington, DC for my pediatric residency at Children’s National Medical Center (CNMC).

Following the completion of my pediatric residency, I joined a private pediatric practice in Northern Virginia, where I enjoyed creating personal relationships with my patients and their whole family. After seven years in private practice in Northern Virgina, I decided to return home to Philly to be closer to my family and more involved in the daily lives of my nephews and niece. While I miss many of the wonderful families I cared for at my previous practice, I look forward to getting to know the many wonderful families at Margiotti & Kroll Pediatrics, PC.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my 2 nephews and niece, reading, and jogging.
