VACCINES FOR PATIENTS 18+ & PARENTS
We are pleased to announce that we now have COVID-19 vaccines available for patients of our practice who are over the age of 18.
Additionally, to keep our younger patients safe we are offering COVID-19 vaccines to parents or caregivers of any patient in our Practice.
Please call the office to request an appointment for parents or patients over 18 years old.
VACCINES FOR CHILDREN 12 YEARS & OLDER
We are hopeful that the FDA will soon approve the Emergency Use Authorization for the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine for children 12 years and older. In anticipation of this approval, we are collecting a list of patients who are interested in receiving the vaccine when it is available.
