After many years of caring for children and families in our community, I will be retiring at the end of December 2025. This decision comes with mixed emotions, as being part of your lives and watching your children grow has been a true privilege.
To make sure your child’s care continues smoothly, I have worked with Margiotti & Kroll Pediatrics to assume ongoing care for all current patients beginning January 1, 2026. At that time, all medical records from my office will be transferred to Margiotti & Kroll Pediatrics. Any appointments scheduled with me after January 1 will also be transitioned to their office. My goal is to ensure a seamless process that maintains the personal, attentive care you have come to expect.
Margiotti & Kroll Pediatrics is a well-established practice known for delivering high-quality pediatric care. They have five convenient locations in Oxford Valley, Trevose, Newtown, Northeast Philadelphia, and Warrington. Their Oxford Valley office is located just down the road from my current location. They participate with all major insurance plans, including Pennsylvania Medical Assistance and CHIP.
I want to assure you that your children will be in excellent hands. Both Margiotti & Kroll Pediatrics and I are fully committed to making this transition as smooth and supportive as possible.

Transition Checklist for Families
- Register your child as a new patient with our practice:

- Confirm your contact information:
- Make sure we have your current phone number, email address, and preferred pharmacy on file.
- Update your child’s Primary Care Provider (PCP) with your insurance company:
- Most insurance plans require you to update your child’s designated PCP when moving to a new practice.

- Regarding your child’s upcoming appointments:
- Any appointments previously scheduled with Dr. Spiegel for 2026 will be transferred to our system. Our team will reach out to confirm details prior to that appointment date.
- Medical record transition:
- All patient medical records that are in Dr. Spiegel’s possession when he closes his Practice at the end of December will be transferred to our Practice. These records will be digitized and transferred to our Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
